The resort offers a good range of activities which include many for the non-skier. Cortina is a picturesque Italian resort with superb views, charm and style.

If you purchase a “Valley” Ski pass you are permitted to ski in the area of Cortina d′Ampezzo, Auronzo-Misurina and San Vito di Cadore all part of the “Dolomiti Superski”.

Beginners begin on the gentle slopes at Socrepes and progress to the wide blue runs in the Tofana area. Intermediates have plenty of choice throughout the valley. You can start in the Tofana area; try the high snowy bowl of Ra Valles and the many scenic pistes.

Advanced skiers will find the Forcella Staunies at Cristallo and the Forcella Rossa at Tofana challenging; the two steep narrow runs will test the most able skier. There are also many long and varied runs to enjoy. Snowboarders will enjoy the diverse terrain; make for the Tofana pistes to get the best powder. All the slopes are open to snowboarders.

The resort area has some good nursery slopes, some challenging and exciting runs which are suitable for intermediates and the more advanced skier, plus many off piste opportunities.
